The room was quaint and very clean. The staff was friendly! The hotel is close to the train station but a 12 min walk to the beach and 15 mins to new town and 20 min or so to the old town. The beach is beautiful. Location is quiet.

Great location if you are staying in Nice for a short stay - on La Promenade des Anglais, the famous seafront walk, and in the fashionable Jean Médecin district, which has great/amazing shops and restaurants. The hotel has been modernised recently so everything (a/c, bar fridge, bathroom) worked perfectly. The sea/garden view was beautiful. Excellent 3 night stay!
